This permit is for an inspection of minor plumbing repairs, partial repipe or relocation of a fixture at a single-family home or duplex.

NO additional plumbing work or addition of fixtures can be completed on this permit. If additional clarification is needed call 602-262-7811. For an apartment or condominium, cancel and choose a commercial permit.
