SolarAPP+ Residential Photovoltaic System Install
IF ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED, RE-INSPECTION FEES WILL BE ASSESSED BY THE FIELD INSPECTOR
This permit is for installation and inspection of a Solar Photovoltaic System Installation at a single-family or duplex residence per approved plans from SolarAPP and the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department.
NO additional work can be completed on this permit. Modification of the existing structure or electrical service that is not shown on approved plans is not permitted. Electrical clearance will be withheld if additional non-permitted work is evident on site. For an apartment, condominium or other non-residential structure, an online permit for Solar Photovoltaic Installation is not permitted. Please cancel and apply for a Commercial Services permit with Planning and Development Department staff.
