Please visit SHAPE PHX Advanced Search and Reports for information regarding commercial and residential Historic Preservation Office demolition application plan reviews and demolition permits for residential (single family and duplex) properties.
Commercial demolition permit information will continue to be available via PDD Online.

Permits with a Status of "SHAP" have moved to the new SHAPE PHX application.
